Deb at Jan Grafemans location is amazing. Always so helpful and pleasant to talk to. Normally I do not like paying bills but i do enjoy my monthly call to Deb to make my payments. You do not come across customer service like she has. That whole staff is very helpful and pleasant! Would never take my business elsewhere

I have been a long time client of Jan's...she is so quick to respond and handle any issues/questions I have. Jan treats you as if your family and makes things go as smoothly as possible. A 5 star review is not enough, in my opinion, to offer Jan's office.
