She almost ruined my wedding day!! on my wedding day she did not bring all flower. she did not bring half of the order. I had three bridesmaid and one of them DIDNT had flowers! my flower girl didn't had petals. i was trying to call her. she never answered. and is more flowers was missing. two mothers corsage, bridesmaid flower. petals. also some decoration flowers. I called so many florists and they charged outrageous delivery prices. Jan's worked with my price range, where the others did not. They took a special interest in my wishes and were very kind and thoughtful.

Excellent customer service and the flowers were more beautiful than I had imagined. Three stems of Star Gazer lilies produced 19 flowers which lasted for more than 3 weeks. Will definitely order from Jan Florist whenever I need flowers.
