Waste of Time I met with a store employee who was very unfriendly with no knowledge of colored gem stones. She swore that my stone was a synthetic/glass (without testing the stone). In fact it was not. I knew of this already. She also told me that the store does not deal with jewelry with colored gem stones when in fact there was a case with some jewelry (with colored gems) on display. Once you find a trust worthy jeweler, mechanic, dentist, doctor, you stick with them and that's what I have done.
