I was loaded into an ambulance even though I had a DNR order and specifically told the ambulance crew I did not consent to treatment. I feel absolutely violated.
Absolutely terrible. Do not even waste your time calling them. They’re rude and take forever to get places. We live 15 minutes away and it took them 1 1/2 hour to get here. They drove 45 on the interstate probably just waiting for her to die so they wouldn’t have to deal with her anymore. Disgusting
Jan Care Ambulance service is the epitome of what is wrong with the medical profession. Bill you at the most ridiculous rates and bill you for the remainder of the balance when your insurance doesn't pay. How does a ambulance ride of .1 miles cost $1700.00? Scam artists. I would have given you 0 stars.
