I want to give a big shout out to Jan Care,& 2 of their paramedics Brittany & Tracy,I had to call 911 for my husband who ws having a kidney stone attack,Brittany & Tracy treated him with dignity and love thank you both for caring for him the way you did,I saw Brittany while @ the hospital they were on another call,she ask me how he's doing? Outstanding paramedics both of them.Thank you Brittany & Tracy for the care you gave my husband.Youre awesome.
I was loaded into an ambulance even though I had a DNR order and specifically told the ambulance crew I did not consent to treatment. I feel absolutely violated.
Absolutely terrible. Do not even waste your time calling them. They’re rude and take forever to get places. We live 15 minutes away and it took them 1 1/2 hour to get here. They drove 45 on the interstate probably just waiting for her to die so they wouldn’t have to deal with her anymore. Disgusting
