When I originally review these guys they were providing excellent service but what I have discovered as with many places is that for what ever reason that service only lasts for so long. I don't understand why because as a customer I paid the bills the same day they came in but then all of a sudden they stop coming, don't return phone calls even though you want to give them more work. Things happen in life but I think the customer deserves a conversation and/or explanation of why you no longer want to do their lawn service
Not really good customer service to hang up on a potential client.
