This company is horrible. They were supposed to mediate so we could work out a settlement and they told me what his offer was and did not give me the opportunity to ask for more told me that I wouldn’t get it if I even tried instead of being a mediator, they’re more like bullies extremely unethical. I’ve already reported them to the Better Business Bureau and today I’ll be contacting the bar association
This company provided a mediator that was unethical. Greg (Miami) during mediation didn't allow an offer to be placed on the table before telling me what he thought I should take. The purpose of a mediator is to assist in decision making but not make the decision solely himself before the company decides anything. I was treated unfairly and this shouldn't happen to others in the future.

My experience as a men Hiro Aragaki, I would not recommend unless you want to be forced to agreement,despite, strong paperwork facts and he says what is not to discredit the person who is supposedly helping to solve the fraud,problem as affectedby fraud, Hiro Aragaki takes false assessment of the conversation
