Due to unforeseen circumstances, my regular cleaning lady had to leave us. I came across this company through the Groupon website and purchased a voucher. We were advised to contact them directly to schedule an appointment. The guy that scheduled our appointment was very professional and courteous, and booking was super easy. On our first appointment, they provided us with a very attentive, experienced, and lovely lady. After that, we set up bi-weekly services. They do not provide quality customer service, they are very rude and they want you to pay in full before actually showing up. I asked the if I could pay when the cleaner gets there and they said no. It's fine that we came to a disagreement and that I chose not to continue with booking. We had family coming into town and need a cleaning service for my mom’s house in Brooklyn. We googled and found Jamroe Cleaning Service. They have a 24-hour text service, so we reached out to them after hours and got a response immediately. They answered all our questions, and booking over the text service was a breeze. I was a bit concern because I never book an appointment via text before, and was advised to call the next day after 9 am. I ordered a voucher for this company on ********. When I called to schedule an appointment no one answered but I got a text 5 minutes later asking for all my information. I asked questions 1st and asked for availability. The text kept asking for my info. I texted NVM I will call the company # tomorrow.
