Update Sept 2022- won a lawsuit to have them pay me back for all the back payment, the company has officially changed their name to avoid paying out the lawsuit. I can only comment on their services as my property management company, not from a tenant stand point. I have terminated their services months ago and they are still holding my tenant's security deposits and the last few months of my rental income. They have also refused to show receipts to show the work they claim to have done. I don't know what else I can do short... read more

I have been a tenant of 54 Caryl Avenue for many years. I recently had extensive repair work done in my apt. and I just have to say that Mr. Marrero and his maintenance crew were very professional . They left premises in clean condition.

Very unprofessional. Had a negative experience as a tenant. Very poor response time. Increased my rent by 8% without letting me know. Try to avoid the company if possible.
