I had an implant issue from another provider who was unable to remove an implant healing cap after working on me for hour. As a result of this, I was in a lot of discomfort, swelling and pain for about a week and my boss who is also a medical provider recommended I see Dr. Scotto. I'm writing a review based on the care provided to my father. My Dad's case was very complicated. Dr. Scotto was not only professional but he possessed the ability to think outside the conventional norm to get to a solution. He took the time to explain the procedure and even reached out directly to my Dad's cardiologist so that they could work together. Everybody in healthcare should be like Dr. Scotto. He even came in significantly less expensive than another provider.

I could not be happier with with the care a received from Dr. Scott and his staff. I have a real phobia of the dentist which landed me with the need for several implants. The staff was amazing making sure every question I had prior to coming in was answered as well as getting me accurate estimates and updates for each step along the way. Dr. Scotto explained each thing he was doing and made sure I was comfortable before proceeding, really putting my anxieties at ease.

I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Scotto. I was quite nervous about an extraction and implant procedure. Dr. Scotto was reassuring, funny, and made the whole experience seamless. He listened to my concerns, mapped out the procedure and checked on me that night. His caring nature was evident; I can't say enough! The office was recommended to me by a friend, and I will in turn recommend Dr. Scotto to others!

I saw Dr Scotto in the Windsor office. He was very rude, did not answer my questions and did not show any care when he hit a nerve in the roof of my mouth. My body went into an involuntary shaking mode and he said nothing. He finished and left the room. I was shocked!! I went back to have my second cleaning, for I wanted to have same office due the cleaning in case anything went wrong again, but brought my Dr husband. Dr Scotto turned into a different person.
