First off, I’m in the service business and so it’s pretty hard to “wow” me. But from the moment Sal knocked on my door, I knew this dude was the real deal! He not only knew his stuff, but he explained the issue with my unit in a way that a fifth grader could understand. He never tried to sell me anything but just spoke facts. He knew exactly what the root cause was within 5 minutes of diagnosing it! Outstanding customer service and knowledgeable technicians. Highly recommended. They bailed me out on a botched installation job about 6 years ago and have provided excellent recommendations and service ever since. Update 8/18/25 Jamison Heating and Cooling continues to provide great value via specials offered by their sales reps or service contracts, which was particularly good. I will be a repeat customer for as long as they maintain their standards in value and customer service.
Jamison did a tune-up on my HVAC. I hadn't done it in 2 yrs. I'm glad I did it, filter was filthy and made some recommendations to improve the units capabilities. Will call them for regular maintenance.
These people are the best of the best. I own an automotive repair facility as you can imagine I have a lot of air conditioning companies Come through my Business, JamIson is the best in the business Hands down.They not only service my business but my home as well, and an awful lot of my friends. These guys are the best, when you find their number stop looking.
