Not sure how to write a review for a therapist without saying too much about myself, lol—but Katharine is simply amazing. Finding the right therapist is such a personal experience, so I’ll just share why she’s been a great fit for me. I really enjoy talking with Katharine. In the past, I’ve had sessions with others that feel like I’m being evaluated. With Katharine it feels like I'm having a productive back and forth conversation. We work on whatever I’m struggling with the most at that moment and by the end of the session I feel like I have tools and a plan to help.
