I really enjoy talking with Katharine. In the past, I’ve had sessions with others that feel like I’m being evaluated. With Katharine it feels like I'm having a productive back and forth conversation. We work on whatever I’m struggling with the most at that moment and by the end of the session I feel like I have tools and a plan to help.

Katherine helped me thru a very difficult time — she was empathetic, supportive and pragmatic. I was having trouble with my spouse and in laws and she helped me understand behaviors they were displaying which were not appropriate and helped me establish boundaries. She also helped provide guidance on how I should maintain my boundaries and prioritize myself. Would recommend her if you’re looking for a mental health professional who “gets it”
