Hi Mr. Suits I bet you were hoping I was dead. Testimonial....documented! In August 2018 after having multiple surgeries due to abdominal issues (generally we would have gone straight to Dallas) but I was so sick we stopped in Longview my hometown I just could not go further until stable. We came to Diagnostic Clinic urgent care today for the first time. We saw Jolyn Hawkins FNP-BC as our provider. My husband had a reaction to a sting and was very uncomfortable. Ms Hawkins was very thorough and professional and also very personable. Even tho it was a Sunday afternoon the clinic was busy but my husband was seen very promptly. Leigh Barr is not only very knowledgeable but also genuine and real. I have been a patient for 5 years and from day 1, she was very transparent. She is a great listener and takes her time not making you feel as if she is rushing to get to the next patient. Thankful for her!!
Excellent diagnostic and clinical skills
The practice is extremely hard to contact by phone. Today, I am attempting to contact Dr. Alison Walgama' or her nurse because a call-back was promised for "today or tomorrow". Today is 3 days later without any return call. I reached the on-hold message for over 9 minutes, only to be transferred to voice mail. I have now dialed 3 times without getting past the "Your call is important to us. Please continue to hold and your call will be answered in the order it was received" every 30 seconds only to be disconnected after ... read more
This review has nothing to do with Dr. Buller {who is retired}, or Dr. Gray [who replaced him], or the staff. It has everything to do with the red tape. Apparently with the new computer system they are implementing.... You the patient have to now PAY before you see the Doctor. If you don't pay.... As told to me by the Manager person over Dr. Buller practice, .....You don't see the Dr. Maybe I'm being petty or whatever..I wouldn't buy a house or car before I see it. The nurses here are terrible. Nobody wants to listen to your problems. They use an attitude with you and cut you off. Would not recommend to anybody with feelings or self worth.
