Maria and Ne Ne were amazing. They gave me exactly what I requested. Unfortunately, excellent customer service is hard to find theses days..., but I found it here. These ladies were welcoming, friendly, professional, and went out of their way to make sure that I felt comfortable, and valued as a customer. They took the time to do the things that most shops leave out, like trimming the ends of the hair. The braiding was so gentle, and I felt so comfortable that I fell asleep. Yalll!!!!!!! This place is the best!!!!! The entire staff!!! Mary laid my hair out!!!!!! I was treated with care, all my questions were answered and I even gained a loc brother!!!! I’m super excited to join the loc family! I got locs with extensions and it was the best 10 hours I’ve spent in a long time
I was from out of town and didn’t know where to go because my stylist at home cancelled on me. She definitely got me together for my trip and didn’t take long but she took her time as well. She did amazing and when I move here I will definitely be coming back to her.
