Yalll!!!!!!! This place is the best!!!!! The entire staff!!! Mary laid my hair out!!!!!! I was treated with care, all my questions were answered and I even gained a loc brother!!!! I’m super excited to join the loc family! I got locs with extensions and it was the best 10 hours I’ve spent in a long time
I was from out of town and didn’t know where to go because my stylist at home cancelled on me. She definitely got me together for my trip and didn’t take long but she took her time as well. She did amazing and when I move here I will definitely be coming back to her.
I am new to the area, and Jamilah Braiding Salon is the second salon I’ve visited. My experience was nothing but positive. From the initial communication before I arrived, all the way through walking out the door feeling and looking amazing, the customer service was excellent. Was advised to try a different braid shop than my usual. Second one I've tried in 3 months and let's just say I'll stick to what's familiar from now on. I specifically explained how I wanted my hair and things were going ok but once the owner left the stylists appeared to be in a rush and started to put huge braids. I reiterated to the stylists the direction they were going was not pleasing. They said it would be ok once they were done. It was not. I ended up leaving in tears.
