I had the absolute worst hair experience of my life, July 15, 2017. On this day I decided I wanted to pamper myself and get my hair done professionally since I've never had it done by Africans and I've heard so much about them I figure,"Why not?". I walk into the establishment and I immediately turn to a lady that worked there and asked would they be able to braid my hair seeing that it is of shorter length, the lady replied confidently oh yes we can. The work is good. Would be better if they wouldn't constiently stop to talk on the phone or go the store. One woman stopped doing her clients hair for about 15mins to take a phone call. That was rude and wasting the customers time.
They worked really quick on my micros and only took 4 hours.. Would have been less but they turned on some music and started to dance.. They braid really tight so be prepared.. Overall I think they r great I plan to go back!!

THIS WAS THE WORST EXPERIENCE I EVER ENCOUNTERED IN MY WHOLE N ENTIRE LIFE!!!!!!!! THE LADY WHO IS SUPPOSE TO B THE BOSS OR MANAGER IS VERY SLACKY, RUDE N DONT UNDERSTAND ENGLISH, SHE HAS ISSUES....THEY CHARGE ME $290 FOR SOME BRAIDS THAT TOOK DOWN 4 DAYS BECAUSE THEY SOLD SOME SYNTHETIC HAIR SHE CLAIMS IT WAS 100% HUMAN HAIR AND SOLD IT TO ME FOR $20 EACH AND HAD TO BUY 3 BECAUSE WASNT ENOUGH!
