Takes times to listen and explains things to help you to understand. Before Covid happen was receiving top care. Tele- appointments has lessened the help I was receiving. I am no longer receiving trigger spots injections. So my pain level and headaches have increased. Not Dr. Ahmed fault just Covid changing our life style and what we came do.
I have been seeing Dr. Ahmed for about 6 years and I couldn't have been more grateful. Dr Ahmed is a very good and professional pain specialist I have seen over the past 10 years. I would recommend him very highly if you are seeking pain relief and if you are looking for advice in getting surgery, Dr Ahmed also gives pain shots too on my back, neck and shoulders, he is also very courteous with his patience.
There was no visit. After reviewing my wife's last visit to her former pain management specialist (when he retired and this one having not reviewed her nearly 20-year relationship with that doctor), and not having met my wife, this M.D. had his receptionist inform us that 1) he NEVER prescribes fentanyl patches and 2) he would reduce her current and already sharply reduced pain medication, again without ANY further facts, e.g. a medical diagnosis, or even a hello. I'm an active C-6 quadriplegic and my main needs are equipment: wheelchairs, lifts, repairs, etc. A great listener, Dr. Ahmed understands how difficult it can be to get these. Working to decrease delays, he's prompt with needed prescriptions. Big thumbs up.
My name is Harold I have chronic back pain, and problems with vertebrate L-1 thru S-1 and others as well. I have been to pain specialists from Hollywood to Tulare. Each time getting epidurals and having nothing but problems and headaches. I Have been seeing Dr. Ahmed two years now and I feel great! No more epidurals for me. He has taken time to fully evaluate my problem and with the right amounts of shots, numbing, very little steroids except with swelling and the right medications I feel good!
