We have been patients of Dr. Kennedy for nearly 20 years now. He has been the most incredible doctor we could ever hope for. Beyond his medical expertise, he makes an emotional connection and treats the whole person. His team is a perfect compliment to his style. We are grateful to be patients there and we know there is no one who can compare!
No good
Dr. Kennedy is a very caring doctor. He takes the time with me on each visit. I will say I did think about finding a different doctor when he had that rude receptions working there. But all is good now that she is not there. I would have hated not to be able to have him as my doctor!
Dr. Kennedy is the BEST and sharp as a whip! He will spend time with me and talk to me. He truly cares about me, his patient. I've been seeing him for about 18 years and as long as he's willing to work, I will be willing to return. New staff changes have made the visits more pleasant!
Dr. Kennedy is fantastic. He really seems to care about the patient. His receptionist on the other hand is unprofessional and rude. Cheryl has mis-written appointment dates and blamed it on me. She has yelled at me and mocked me. If Cheryl is there, don't go. It's not worth risking the hell she brings.
This Doctor is very nice, but his receptionist is very nasty! If you can get past her Dr Kennedy is wonderful! She will ignore you and yell at you, it doesn't matter who you are or who is in the waiting area! She is a very awful person. My parents are in their 80's and Dr Kennedy is their doctor. They can never get past this evil woman. They now have a new doctor. Sorry Dr Kennedy, you will be missed, you need a new receptionist!
Dr. Kennedy is very kind and caring. He is overall a thorough doctor and I trust his ability to care for my medical needs. However, his staff, mainly one in particular the nurse Cheryl is just downright rude. Her abrasive attitude is the reason for my low rating. Unfortunately having to see her each time is the reason I will not go back. This woman is lacking in patient care, she makes you feel as though your inconveniencing her. Don't go here unless that woman is gone!
