I have been a client with Durkin for many years. Not only are they ALWAYS helpful they are always very pleasant to deal with. This sentiment applies from the receptionist to the CEO. Just today (10/26/16) Kim directed me to Samantha, the agent who has been diligently rectifying a renewal problem I had encountered with my homeowner's policy. Now, no problem ! Having an insurance agency to do all the legwork insurance companies' require is invaluable.
Terrible customer service. Norm Jamison couldn't have been more rude and demeaning. I'm sorry for his customers. Nobody deserves to be treated with such disrespect.
