Get here!!!!! A++ Referred here by Firestone. Some shade tree mechanic replaced the exhaust valve on my 392 but did it WRONG. Didn’t know why the car was eating thru gas until I looked it up. Came to Jamie’s and first of all, it took NO TIME—I know less than 30 mins. He told me he’d lift it up and see what we were working with, asked if I was ok with what he was doing. Really diassapointed to have to write this review. We had our catalytic converter stolen off our truck and brought it to Jamie's for the repair. Good customer service and got it done quickly. When I went to pick it up the truck started then immediately died. I tried a few times. I went inside and told them and Gary came out to try. Same thing, several times trying. Guys are the real deal! I showed up with a car that was far too loud to be enjoyable to drive and Derek and Tony took care of it right away with excellent customer service, knowledge, and expediency! Do not hesitate to use the shop. They’re incredible.
Great experience. The manager was very nice, honest and knowledgeable. They got my work done quickly and gave me heads up on other work needed.
