My roommates & I unfortunately had the most unpleasant experience with Jamie while viewing one of the properties she was managing for rent. During the open house, she was dismissive of our questions and honestly seemed annoyed that we were even there. Make sure you document and capture all the property details and notes before you tour a rental listing from them. A property was listed as a minimum 1 year rental, then AFTER applying - baits and switches needing a 2 year rental commitment. They then admitted that it was THEIR mistake AFTER we applied. Refuses to give application refunds for false advertising. It seems from previous reviews that this isn't the first time they've miscommunicated and treated their clients unprofessionally.
