I feel very confident and comfortable with my choice of Dr. She is respectful, caring, and a great listener. I feel that we are able to work together in making choices regarding my health care. Dr. Ulbrich is professional, on time, and always on top of things. I am able to get in quickly when it comes to time sensitive illness, and the office staff is always kind and welcoming. Everyone involved in my care has been wonderful to work with.
Dr said to come back in 4 weeks to see if blood pressure had gone down on its own. Ended up in the ER the next night. Called for follow up appt from the ER for following week and they said they could squeeze me in. With a 2 yr old and 2 mo old in tow, they said I couldn't be seen because I was late (3 minutes due to tantrum in parking lot) and had just seen an OB the day before for postpartum check, but could just wait around and try to in sometime late! Will be looking elsewhere now
I would Not recommend this facility or doctor. Running a few minutes late and called to let them know. Receptionist stated not a problem. Showed up only to find out this doctor cancelled the appt after I waited 6 weeks to get it.
