I would have respected you more if you had just told me you messed up my hair vs having me pay full price and letting me tip you 20%. I should have known when you didn't show me the back before I left.
Jamie is the best. She takes the time to hear exactly what you want and then explains how to execute it once you leave the salon. We absolutely love Jamie and Kismet! The salon is adorable and well taken care of…they have the best touches of holiday decor and their playlists are second to none!
