What a wonderful program Jamie has created for teen girls in today’s world. I have only positive things to say. Not only was her team available to my daughter at her desperate times but she was also available to me during my fog filled days. Raising two teenage daughters alone is no easy feat. I highly recommend her and her team to help guide you and your daughter through these tumultuous times.
My daughter is 14, and Covid hit our home hard, when we had to isolate. Online learning and almost no social interactions on the daily brought my daughter down to a dark place! She started making bad choices, spending more time in her room, on her phone… her attitude was terrible and she just sort of disappeared (at least the girl I once knew did!) Jamie has been such a great mentor/teacher/role model to my 17 year old daughter. My daughter struggles with anxiety and transitioning from High School to college next year has been an overwhelming prospect for her.
