I rarely leave reviews, but this gym was unacceptable. It was filthy—truly unsanitary—and the staff, including the owner, were unprofessional and rude. One female trainer was especially offensive and shockingly racist. The atmosphere was toxic, with employees gossiping openly about each other. This place felt unsafe, unhealthy, and completely inappropriate for anyone serious about their well-being.
Love JSF! Great variety of classes and great instructors! This place really challenges you and pushes you beyond your best! Best gym in the city!
This has been my first time joining a gym, and it truly has been one of the best decisions of my life! As someone who hasn’t done physical training since college, Jamie has worked with me in a way that makes everything fun but challenging. Also, with his apps to schedule classes and for nutrition, this has made my healthy lifestyle transition very convenient! All I can say is that Jamie has been nothing but first class, and has truly changed my life for better! If you need a gym, this is your place!!!
