This is a long overdue review for Jamie Schachtel Design Group! I would recommend them 10/10 times! The design team helped us source furniture, rugs, paint, carpet, lighting, and window treatments, as well as, design layouts for each of the main rooms on our first floor. I was able to give them my inspiration pictures and they went above and beyond finding pieces/styles that were exactly what I wanted. I had the pleasure of working with Olivia and Jamie Schachtel! They consulted me with putting together my girls' nursey room. I had a vision of what I wanted, but didn't know how to put the pieces together. I showed them my inspirations and they took it from there! They were very knowledge, confident, and communicative during the process. I was searching for wallpaper for weeks, and Olivia found this one wallpaper and I fell inlove! We had a great experience working with Jamie and Olivia. From the start they had a great and clear vision for the two rooms we did with them - which included reorienting the layout of our family room, new furniture, adding in built in bookshelves, and adding in some accessories. We did have an incident of damaged furniture , but Jamie and Olivia handled it promptly and make it right. We hired Jamie and her team before closing on our house, as we purchased it with the expectation of fully renovating it. We shared with JSDG what our budget was and that we were very concerned about being able to get it all done, but we were assured it would not be a problem and that they would “manage to the lower end of the estimate” they provided.
