My most recent experience with this place has been terrible. Dr. Oleagas execution for care is incredibly slow. Had an initial visit back in April for gastro concerns. Took a month for this clinic to come to a decision on a solution which required an application process through an assistants program. She gave me some temporary intervention methods to hold me over, but due to the duration of time that’s passed I am running out of maintenance for my problems. Grossly understaffed. Can’t get the treatment I need on time.
Dr would not take me in for my scheduled appt. due to my being tardy by 9 minutes for my 20 minute appt. Due to parking lot construction and very few parking spaces! I watched someone back out & I grabbed that space & ran to the office! Then she had the audacity to charge me $50 for a no show!! Her waiting room was empty!! Needless to say the 'bogus' charge was erased!!
We were very unhappy with the treatment my husband received from Doctor Oleaga. My husband had two scopes done by her. When we asked if she could come into the room while he was recovering and answer a question he had, instead of coming into the room to talk with us, she peeked her head in and remained covered by the curtain while we rushed through our concerns. After that treatment we were done.
Mis-diagnosed me!!! I was in hell while she apparently tried to figure this out. Went to another Dr. Dr Ashish Aurora. He diagnosed me immediately and relief was immediate. Sorry not I would not recommend her.
