Jamie was the most disrespectful clinician I have encountered. She only allowed me to answer yes or no to her questions during a Sunday Telehealth appointment, without any elaboration. I finally had to interrupt her & explain that my situation deserved the chance to elaborate for me to advocate for my self. She actually rolled her eyes at me when making a request for a certain test along with what she was suggesting. Jamie takes great care of myself and my kiddos. She is friendly and very thorough.
Jamie once again did a great job with my kids took them all for Physicals and it all went smooth my kids really like her.
Did Telehealth with UH. Did not help with my issue. Wrote “concerned he has issue due to watching the news” on the report. No, I was concerned because I had the symptoms. This made me feel like I wasn’t in need of help. UH is apparently using a third party called Quest for lab work. I was instructed to do that. I went in next morning but the wait time was way too long for my issue. Went to a different provider. Got help right away. Tested positive for the exact issue I described to her.
