Worst experience I've ever had with a healthcare provider. Dr. Zucker came in loud, rude, and arrogant to tell my fiance that she was "healthy and nothing could be wrong" despite sharing a long list of symptoms. He dismissed our concerns several times, telling her "well I don't know why you're acting like you're blind," "you're seeing 20/20 nothing is wrong," (there is, indeed, something wrong) and "I don't have an answer for you so you're just going to have to deal with it." I had eyelid surgery by Dr Zucker. It went OK. One eye had to be redone. But the reason I give one stare is one of the front office staff. I am disabled. Today when checking out there were 2 people in front of me. I said to one of the office staff I cannot stand this long I need to sit down. She laughed at me!!! I said Do you think it's funny having a spinal cord injury? She didn't say anything. I will not go back there.
This is the worst Doctor ever, he can't break a diognose into reasoning. Doctors like this shouldn't have a license.
Dr. ZUCKER is always friendly, professional. He listens to my concerns and answers my questions.
