I was treated by Dr. MacDougall 40 years ago for several problems and I can still see his smiling face! If I now lived within the vicinity of his practice I would definitely seek his wisdom. Always a great result!
I have called several times to get my biopsy results, the nurses take messages, but no call back from Dr. Macdougall with results, no message on my phone. I have been a patient for over 30 years. Sad, still waiting after 15+ days.
He's been my doctor for more than 20 years. He always walks in full of good humor and ready to partner with me, clearly explaining everything.
Dr, MacDougall provides excellent care and communicates very well with his patients. He makes a course of treatment a collaborative effort. Unfortunately, he’s difficult to get an appointment with, these days.
My daughter and I have visited Dr. McDougall in the past to our great satisfaction. We are about to read to him again regarding some small procedures.
