I loved Dr. Alexander. She was caring but also very professional and kept my recovery moving forward.
This experience was the best of the best
I had two different surgeries: a bicep tendon repair on my right arm, and then several years later both a bicep tendon repair and elbow extensor tendon repair of my left arm. Both surgeries and the recoveries went very well. Dr. A explains things well and is very attentive to what I have to say to her. She is also conservative in that she is not quick to rush into surgery, but try other options first.
I liked repeated question during the visit about whether or not I had any questions. Sometimes during a visit, as issues discussed, more questions might arise. So it was nice to have her ask me throughout so I didn't have to wait until the end and may have forgotten something. Nice rate of speech; not too fast for me to process what she (doc) was saying .
Long term problems with my wrist. I tried injections without help. had surgery and am doing great
My overall experience was not at all pleasant. I feel that the doctor didn't listen to my concerns, as well as not being willing to prescribe the necessary medication for my type of injury. The follow-up urgency was not followed through and valuable time has been lost. Due to my overall experience, I can not trust this doctor to perform any type of surgery on my body. Very disappointed, hope your experience is better and you have an amazing experience.
Dr. Alexander is a gifted surgeon. She is smart and skillful. She has excellent communication skills not only with her patients but also with the physical therapists. I highly recommend her .
Dr. Alexander is a first class doctor. Took the time to listen and answer any questions i have. Diagnosed me correctly unlike other orthopedics in the area. First class doctor and first class group of people in that office. Everyone was kind and attentive. I will definitely go back and highly recommend them to anyone.
Dr. Alexander is an excellent surgeon who quite obviously cares deeply about her patients. She's a perfectionist and that perfection shines through in her work.
