Miss Kaitlyn, and all the other staff, went above and beyond to help me with replacing the most important piece of jewelry I've ever had...my wedding ring. My original of almost 16 years was broken beyond repair. They were able to reproduce, in sterling silver, the original design! It turned out even better than I'd hoped! 10/5 Stars!!
