Assistant was very rude and hung up on me. Before, they let me wait 10 minutes and never answered me the phone.
Highly recommend my Doctor, Dr. Jamie Hernandez, and any of this practice’s doctors. They have a phenomenal team that aims at targeting the root of issues women may be having no matter what stage in life. They have great morals as well, and are skilled at fantastic techniques and procedures. Throughout my whole journey of loss and infertility she was patient, kind, and diligent. Awesome! I live when a doctor takes the the time to make sure your needs are met.
It’s sad to see she has so many good reviews because my experience with her was absolutely horrible. My initial appointments with her were totally normal, when it came to my delivery date she really wanted to rush the process as it was Thanksgiving weekend. She repeatedly told me not to scream or make any facial expressions while I was in labor and began scolding me for it, I was gripping my husband’s hand in pain and was biting down on his knuckles lightly and she screamed at me to “Stop The Drama .” I remember feeling like... read more
