Greatly appreciate Dr Flohr’s honesty and counsel on the Inspire sleep apnea implant as well as a sinus issue.
After waiting for 1.5 hours past my appointment time to be seen I left the clinic without treatment. No one kept me updated on delay, I asked 3 times how much longer and was told 10 more minutes. When I finally left my room Dr.Flohr was having casual conversation at the nurses desk. No one took accountability or bothered apologizing for unprofessional inconvenience. Don’t waste your time unless you have a lot of time to wait around.
Dr. Flohr is one of the nicest doctors I have met. Explained everything in details and made sure all the doubts were addressed before leaving. Highly recommended for ENT treatments.
Midwest ENT got me in quickly for an appt in the Eagan office. The staff and Dr. Jamie Flohr were excellent. When I arrived I was treated respectfully and got called into my appt within a few minutes. Very happy with appt and how everything went. Very caring. Explained everything. It was good news.
