l admire Jamie for lots of things, but mostly for this: when my suture site needed draining she ultimately rounded up a doc and did the procedure herself. My discomfort was important to her, and she [they] relieved it. This did not happen on our most recent visit, but early in the Fall. l hear she's moving on and l wish her the best.
Jamie and the staff there are great. I appreciate their consideration and model of service.
