This was the fifth home I have sold, and all of the real estate agents I have worked with have been good, but Jami was the best. Jami had excellent advice throughout, and he listened as well. He helped us in preparing the home for sale and referred us to high-quality and cost-effective contractors and other service providers. You need a realtor. Because you don't know what you don't know. You might think you do, but the same way changing a light bulb doesn't make you an electrician, buying or selling a house once or twice (or never) in your life is not the same as doing it hundreds of times over 15+ years. Without Jami we wouldn't find our home ! I can’t recommend Jami enough as an agent—he’s honestly the best! He really knows his stuff and is super honest, which is hard to find these days. He’ll tell you right away what’s good or not about a property, including the price, condition, and overall value. To give a fellow REALTOR five stars is hard sometimes beause sometimes there isn't always a "meeting of the minds" but with Jami, he is fantastic. Knowledge of the business, availability and getting the job done. On the deal that I had a pleasure working with him on, I actually had to pinch myself to make sure that I wasn't dreaming.
