Christie Smith was wonderful! Very easy to work with which was imperative since I was trying to sell a home in Pueblo and I live in a different city. She is very knowledgeable about the different areas of town and has a lot of resources I needed to get the job done. I sold the home over asking price and all said and done took less than a month!!! Look her up if you need a realtor...she will not let you down!!!!

Worked with Jay Baker to get my house ready for listing and to get it sold. Jay was easy to work with and had all the contacts, from handyman to carpeting/installers to septic clean out & inspections. Jay kept me informed on what was going on with viewings, feedback and any questions that I had. After going under contract everything went pretty smooth, all this while I was already living in another state.
