Jay’s team did an outstanding job, they prepared me for what to expect, presented my home with outstanding photos, a walk thru video and a very comprehensive brochure. My home sold in one day and closed 31 days later. Kennedy the contract’s administrator was very helpful and made sure all documents were submitted prior to closing and the actual closing was painless!
