We were passing through from out of town when our alternator gave out and we were stuck near Pequot Lakes on a Friday afternoon. We called two nearby mechanics that we found online , one could help us in two weeks the other didn’t answer the phone. Then a Good Samaritan advised us to call Dotty Auto. Jamey called us back and was able to locate the part and he went the extra mile helping us limp the car to his shop when the towing company didn’t answer the phone. I was able to get in right away and he diagnosed and got my car back up and running same day!
Had a flat tire and no air anywhere in town, I went there and they filled it up enough I could get me and my 2 kids 20 miles home safely.
I live outside Des Moines Iowa. I went in with a check engine light on in my diesel pickup and he came right out and diagnosed it right away and didn't even charge me. I tried to pay him and he refused anything for his service, he said he doesn't leave anyone stranded. I can't thank him enough for his help. Please don't pass this man up if you need work done on your vehicle.
