Jamey is excellent at his trade! As a Realtor, I’ve worked with many inspectors, and Jamey is my go-to inspector for this area. I wish I could give him 10 stars! He is extremely knowledgeable and thorough, and also honest when there is something he’s unfamiliar with and needs to check out.

I highly recommend Jamey Tippens for home inspection services. I was preparing an older Carrboro home for market recently and appreciated his thorough, professional care in documenting and explaining the observations he made. I have owned several properties in my lifetime and I had owned this particular home for about 20 years. Even so, I learned a lot of specific details that were useful to me. I would hire Tippens again without thinking twice.

I can't say enough good things about Jamey. He is responsive, showed up at the prearranged time and performed a highly professional and complete inspection. I especially appreciated his quality work as the inspection was performed during the COVID pandemic with it's restrictions.
