Property is gorgeous as well as the town homes are very beautiful kitchen space is awesome very spacious and office staff very nice also
The job the manager told me will be done on the 29th . Currently what i am dealing with. Ill also post the email, so called manager sent me. Just to show how unprofessional she is. Lets not even get into being transparency. That parts eludes her in my opinion. She never even stepped a foot to assess the damage. No one answers when you call the office either. I was happy to meet with Ms. Kweilin. I love her positive energy. I love that she takes notes so she remembers previous conversations. She is very encouraging ! I didn’t leave her feeling bad about my situation but hopeful that everything will be alright.
Things were getting better but now are even worse. The mice infestation is insane . No matter how many times the exterminator comes. Also, the cleanup from the recent snow storm was terrible. The back of stonecroft road walkway NEVER gets shoveled only the front. They never put salt down and the parking lot is a mess. I understand the cleanup effort is slow but I've yet to see anyone else come to make the lot or back walkway any better. I'll take pics and upload them soon.
I’ve had a great experience living at Jamestowne Apartments & Townhomes. The community is clean, quiet, and well-maintained, and the staff has always been friendly and helpful whenever I’ve needed anything. One of my favorite parts of living here has been the added convenience of Amenify. Their services make community living even better, and it’s nice having extra support and perks available right where I live.
