I just want to take a moment to acknowledge Ms. Tanya White, the assistant property manager. Ms. White is very professional, caring, and compassionate. My husband and I came to the office to speak with her about a personal matter and we immediately felt at ease. She listened to us, offered a solution, and was so sweet and loving to us and to our children during our visit. I had a great experience transitioning into my new townhome here. My leasing agent Deja Whitaker made things so easy and convenient for me. She treated my move-in experience as if it was her own, keeping me informed every step of the way and ensuring that my family was satisfied and comfortable. I really appreciate all that she did to make this process as smooth as it has been. I look forward to my time here at Jamestowne.
I have lived here for a year now, had a few issues but I can honestly say that between the people in the office and the maintenance crew. Everything gets fixed in a timely fashion. Everyone is always so kind. I’m very pleased with how everything is ran here. Just wanted to say thank you.
