Do not rent here real bad mice and rat infestation, had to break my lease within 30 days due to the issue and when you break your lease they will lie and say they don’t see no issues with the unit and not pay you back for your security deposit even when you show video proof of the pest issues and put in multiple work orders and try make you pay the maintenance guys they have you can tell don’t know what they doing just overall the townhouse is not worth the money they charging for it you best off looking somewhere else
LC and Carlton were great reps and helped my grandmother move in
Great service
Carlton has been such a great help my whole process from the beginning to the end . I appreciate all his help & patience. I’ll highly recommend anyone to go to Carlton he’ll help you through the whole process from the application to the move in date . Thank you Carlton
Just finished my tour of the 2br renovated townhome with Carlton and Jasmine and I will say, those two made this first time experience extremely comfortable for me. I enjoyed the space, not the biggest fan of the backyard however everything else was satisfactory. Carlton even stayed during his break to help me apply, truly commendable. So if you come for a tour, I guarantee that you’ll be in great hands with either of the two and tell them that Trell sent you.
