I just wanna say I’ve been here for almost 3 years now I am not sugarcoating this every time that I had an issue with whatever I needed in my apartment and they sent someone other than Alan not every single time but the majority of the time it wasn’t getting fixed, I had to go back and make another service request They sent Alan and it always got taken care of. I just Wanna get my gratitude to him.
I just want to take a moment to acknowledge Ms. Tanya White, the assistant property manager. Ms. White is very professional, caring, and compassionate. My husband and I came to the office to speak with her about a personal matter and we immediately felt at ease. She listened to us, offered a solution, and was so sweet and loving to us and to our children during our visit.
