I am a client of Jamestown Veterinary Hospital and I asked her about the review of August 27, 2013. Dr. Wade checked her records and does not have client of James Norris. I think you should remove this post as obviously it is in error. He must be referring to a different Jamestown Veterinary Hospital. I am quite disturbed that you would post something like this without checking into it. I have always received a reminder card and the most up to date veterinary care for my pet. The staff is always polite and very helpful.

They handle everything from annual shots to complicated illnesses, with competence and loving care Does this provider treat their staff well? Very! I've never seen an employer treat their staff better Were the waiting room chairs comfortable at this animal hospital? Yes
The staff was very helpful no matter how many times I called with a question or concern. They never made me feel uncomfortable for asking any question. When I left their office I had a very clear understanding of my pet's condition. I can tell that it is important to them to make sure all of their clients never leave feeling confused. It is obvious that their office is cleaned regularly. It was fantastic.
