I have lived here for one year and I have yet to have my apartment completely finished from this time. I moved in. I’ve been sitting here since December waiting to get doors put up in my apartment where they’ve come off there’s four rooms with doors off. nobody will come to put them up. My commode‘s been running for three months in the guest bathroom. The deadbolt lock on the front door is fixing to fall out. I communicate through email for paper trail. No response unless I call. Poor communication skills to be in management.
5 stars for the managers Leia and Nikki for filling in and helping Jamestown get back on the right track. I feel so much better here now, they really have went over and beyond. They both have great personalities and extremely friendly. Also the new manager Danni is very warming and friendly as well, I truly hope she stays here. Thank you to all three of you ladies!!! Job well done! Words can’t express my gratitude. I’m proud to call Jamestown home again!!!!
Update:After two years my unit has been repaired. This matter was ongoing due to contractor issues. After multiple office managers the new management team is doing great. My previous rating was based upon my experience with prior management. I've been a resident for about 2 years. Since I've moved in I've been dealing with the same issue. My apartment floods every time it's rains. I've had to throw away items left and right because of water damage.
