I’ve been here for over 2yrs now and the place is great! Love the people and the staff. No complaints at all. Totally recommend. I love it here!
Jamestown is great, They are a very friendly community and especially towards military. Moving in was simple and easy and the workers in the office are some of the nicest people i’ve met. By far has been the smoothest move in i’ve had being in the military, 10/10 would recommend.
Not very military when PCS’ing or deploying will force you to pay extra month of rent because “they don’t have enough time to put the apartment on the market” and then make up false claims to keep your deposit.
I cannot say enough great things about Dee. From start to finish, she was phenomenal. She truly went above and beyond to help me find the perfect apartment. She was professional, knowledgeable, and so patient with all of my questions. What really stood out was how much she cared — she listened to exactly what I needed, guided me through every step, and made the entire process stress-free. Absolutely a great place to live! Never had any major issues. Very rare instance of maintenance needed to be done while I was out at work, they immediately fixed it within the same day. Staff was kind and were very helpful. Highly recommended Jamestown Place to anyone looking for an excellent and safe place to live!
