This apartment complex is the best in this area and one of the best places I’ve ever visited. A very big thanks and shoutout to the staff of Michele, Brittany, and Melody. Also many thanks to the maintenance team that fixes everything that needed fixing in my daughter’s apartment. A truly great place to live. V/r Ennis
The staff at Jamestown’s Apartments are the best there could be! They are sweet and professional and get everything done for you. The maintenance staff is superb they come right away and are able to fix everything. They are very pleasant to work with.i could not be happier here!
I love the size of the apartments and that its a gated community! The staff are friendly and helpful and the events they put on for us residents are so much fun!
It's just business, nothing personal. They will not work with you when it comes to when rent is due. My rent was 1470, I had roughly 1250 and they wouldn't accept it. They don't take partial payments. Nice area yes, but management here doesn't match how nice this place could be. They also want to charge you a lot of money per day your late, sure almost everyone does, but these people are so greedy. Wouldn't recommend this Apartment Complex to my worst enemy.
I did a look around and was interested in moving their I was very much turned off by the fact that Jamestown does not have any rules. For disabled or handicapped People they just allow none handicapped tenants to occupy the handicapped spots
