I highly recommend them to anyone looking to remodel. Their installers are prompt, and the quality of work is exceptional.
I wanted to do a kitchen remodel and a friend recommended Jamestown Kitchens. They did a pretty good job. I was in constant communication with Steve, the installation manager, and everything was done on schedule.
They are poor at communicating, lie to customers and do not return phone calls. There are better options.
RecommendedThe initial design of the kitchen with my input, along with the individuals who did the install work were excellent.
Signed contract Feb 2018. Finally started 3 weeks ago. No countertops or sink for 3 weeks and no estimated time when they will be back to finish. And yes they did get paid on time.
They don't do what they say they will do. Keep your word. I have not heard from anyone about coming to fix my shelf on my lazy susan at all. I cannot use it. Thanks Jamestown Kitchens.

Kenneth Torres was employed by Jamestown Kitchens before being arrest for grand theft of a customers credit card information.
