Nick Walker and Tom Wilder were very patient, helpful and polite salesmen, taking some of the stress of buying a new vehicle a little less stressful. And Matt was very nice too!
I was considering stopping in at Jamestown Honda since I’m currently in the market for a reliable vehicle, but something gave me pause. One of your managers, James A. , has been posting some distasteful things online. I’m not sure what your policy is regarding this type of behavior from management, but it was really off-putting and ultimately turned me away from visiting the dealership. Professionalism matters, both in person and online, and I hope this is addressed.

I had an excellent experience at Jamestown Honda! The entire car buying process was extremely smooth from start to finish. I loved that the dealership is so close to home, making it incredibly convenient. Most importantly, I felt truly heard and respected by the staff, which isn't always the case at car dealerships. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for a stress-free experience!
Matt the used car manager is one of the rudest individuals I have ever dealt with at a dealership. Upon discussing the value of my truck Matt responded with an extremely rude and condescending response. Attached is a screenshot of Matt’s response to me. I will never step foot in either of these dealerships with this type of personality at the helm. Bianchi is a far superior choice for Honda in the area.
