JMI will price match any local quote. They will also help you find rebates if any. They are good on your warranty on new parts. Year labor warranty and up to 10 years on Limited Parts warranty.
Incompetence, endless problems, terrible customer service. JMI Heating and Air did the installation of our brand new Navien and Unico systems in our custom-built home last year and we have had endless system issues since. Changed my rating since JMI took over jamestown heating and air. They are extremely over priced. I was charged 346.00 for a kit that is 99.00 at home depot. I was charged 4 hours labor at over 600.00 even though they waited almost an hour for parts to be brought. He did not do any work during that time. There was caulk in and on the tub that I had to get off after he left. 2 stars because there is a little positive feedback.
