A great team! My furnance broke, of course, after hours. Called that night and by the morning they had already figured out a plan for a new furnance. Figured out a great price for me and a rebate to boot! Very courteous, polite and explained what they were doing. I highly recommend them. Justin, in sales and the two service repairs guys were great! I can't thank them enough!
JMI is the go to company if you need Heating, Cooling or Plumbing. They also own the Gravel Pits. If you are like me continuing looking around and get a quote from others also. JMI will price match any local quote. They will also help you find rebates if any. They are good on your warranty on new parts. Year labor warranty and up to 10 years on Limited Parts warranty.
Incompetence, endless problems, terrible customer service. JMI Heating and Air did the installation of our brand new Navien and Unico systems in our custom-built home last year and we have had endless system issues since. Looking at the installed components, virtually every tech and service person who have been here has said “I don’t know why they did it this way”. Doesn’t inspire confidence.
