Called to order glass for a DOOR. Was sold annealed glass - illegal in the state of NY to sell this type of glass for a door. It was too small and I called to have it recut. Never got a response after 2 messages. Later found out about the unethical glass sold to me. Disappointed. Shame on you. It was not about the cost, it was about DOOR safety.

I had an amazing experience with Jamestown Glass today. Due to a piece of glass in our front door breaking unexpectedly, I needed it replaced quickly. At almost the end of the day on a Friday, they helped me without hesitation knowing how important that a quick fix be done. The cost was very reasonable and the service was spectacular. Wonderful customer service at Jamestown Glass Service. Ryan took care of everything to get my cracked windshield replaced. They even made it hassle free by taking me to work and dropping it off after!
