I would like to give Jamespoint Management one and a half stars due to my recent experience at Reveille Ranch in College Station. During the fall right before my 7:45 Calculus final there was an altercation outside that was becoming disruptive, I couldn't sleep because of the paper thin walls and did not know what to do. I called a leasing agent named Marie who was at the complex at the time and she helped deal with the situation. She is that apartment's saving grace and was always willing to help. DO NOT do business with Jamespoint Management. They are the management company to Revielle Ranch in college station along with several other apartment complexes. I paid $750 as a deposit when attempting to sublet my unit at reveile ranch & was told I would I would get it all back if they couldn't successfully find someone to takeover my lease. Months later, nobody was able to take over the lease & I paid the unit off in full. Afterwards, I only got $450 of the $750! They now refuse to return the full amount I was guarunteeed... read more
