Jamieson in particular Shelly has been extremely professional, diligent and extremely proactive in handling any type of issue with our strata. We are very grateful for the hard work Shelly puts in to help our very complex and large strata.
Very disappointing experience with Jamesons Strata in handling urgent building and safety issues. The lift in the building has repeatedly broken down over time, including a previous extended outage of more than five weeks. It has now failed again, with residents becoming trapped and multiple safety concerns being raised.
