As an owner of x2 apartment I have had terrible experience with Jamesons. No response to emails, in fact the phone is set up to go straight to voicemail with no call back, my settlement was closed to being delayed because they were not responsive. The s184 certificate - which is a legal document, was also wrong and they had to re-do it causing angst and delays. Christina in particular has been impossible to get a hold off and has failed on all professional standards.
Kasey ignores emails about serious issues with recorded proof and evidence from third parties. I now have to engage a strata lawyer for resolution
If I could give 0 stars, I would. As an owner, I have had an extremely disappointing experience with Jamesons. Over a period of several months I raised repeated, documented complaints regarding serious by-law breaches in my building. Despite this, I received little to no communication, was not kept informed of developments, and was left feeling as though my concerns as a paying owner were being deprioritised in favour of a tenant.
