Incredibly slow, can’t change the way they do their process. Total lack of communication and unwillingness to support. Their way or the highway. Go small people. These guys are too big for their boots.
This strata management company has made a payment of $7 million to an external contractor without providing any supporting report. Furthermore, during the meeting, Kimberley Fazio (Strata Manager) did not allow any questions from the owners and demanded that they continue to increase the project funding. These actions are unlawful and raise serious concerns regarding transparency, governance, and compliance.
What an outstandingly dishonest organisation run by Paul Culbi. Everything that is bad about Strata man a gent can be found at this company under the inept direction of Paul Culbi who conveniently forgets who he is servicing and “the Law”. My advice, go elsewhere fast and hold on to your money.
Kasey Clarke is the Strata Manager of our Vaucluse Strata Plan. She took over this role in September, 2025. Kasey chaired our 2025 AGM with quiet confidence, knowledge and a willingness to further research Strata Regulation/Management issues. At that AGM and ever since, she continues to display a mature capability in managing a divisive Strata Committee. Kasey Clarke is an asset to Jamesons.
