I had a tour scheduled with Sarah Williamson for a listing in Clarendon Hills, which was planned four days in advance. After leaving my workplace early and driving nearly an hour away, I was informed just 15 minutes before our scheduled start time that the unit "has just been rented." I had a two and a half hour drive to my current residence afterwards, meaning that Jameson Sotheby's wasted three and a half hours of my day and a tank of gas for absolutely nothing. Milan Shah was invaluable in our house purchase. He has an experienced eye and pointed out pertinent things we never would have thought to look for. He also has an incredible sense of space and how to use it. He was receptive to all our questions and answered them thoroughly (we had a lot of silly ones as first time home buyers). I can’t recommend him enough. If it wasn’t for him, we wouldn’t have completed our house purchase.
