Prompt and professional, from the phone reception to all the repair personnel I've interacted with so far at Jameson & Sons Plumbing and Gas LLC. I feel a lot more at ease with their work plan too because I'll be dodging exorbitant fees just on a service call. This is my inaugural year using their services in Dallas, so I have nothing but praises! Workers like Manuel, Damon, Emmanuel, Taylor, and Russell have all demonstrated exceptional skills and professionalism.

They were efficient and knowledgeable. They cleaned out our flood control. I appreciated the reminder call to schedule this maintenance. They answered all questions and were courteous. I liked that they sent me the options for additional job but we’re not pushy.

Taylor did a excellent work installing 3 fixtures. He was on time, and competent. His job entailed trying to upsell me to buy a new breaker panel and whole-house surge protection which was mildly irritating, however.

Carl was outstanding. came on time, and explained he was doing during this annual furnace tune-up. Made a few tweaks to gas flow, made recommendations on correct air filters to use, and just amenable to all my questions. thoughtful and
