Went in for a small part that was starting to wear out and they didnt just guess, someone actually took a minute, asked what setup it was on, then pulled the right match from the back. Super helpful vibe and you can tell they know their stuff. Also liked how everyone talks like normal people not salesy at all. Left feeling confident it would fit first try which is huge when time’s short. Only thing is forgot to ask his name lol
Grabbed a replacement pump seal and new o rings, and the whole thing was handled fast. Brought in the old parts, they matched them on the spot, double checked sizing, then pointed out one extra gasket that would have been missed otherwise. Install went smoothly that night with no leaks and everything tightened up properly. Clear instructions were given without making it complicated which matters when time is short; really impressed by how organized they aree overall.

Jameson pool and spa got everything needed for the spa in one stop, walked in with a short list and was out fast, shelves were stocked and it did not feel chaotic. Staff answered questions straight up and made sure the right stuff went home so there is no second trip later.
